EGGSCAPED: Freed From Convention

- An eggy quiche with alternative ingredients.

An experiment at the Big Quiche Corp Lab was trying to bring food to life by crossing human and food DNA. This led to the accidental creation of the Eggman. The Eggman managed to eggcape freeing some of the other lab experiments during the break out.

 

They all seek to live peaceful lives living incognito amongst us. Their mission is to overthrow Big Quiche through their rebel alliance by producing healthy plant-based alternatives. 

 

By creating these artisinal products they are raising money to fuel the rebellion. They are focused on flavour and texture that was reminscent of the original whilst combining high-quality ingredients to create unique experiences.

The Eggman

 

Eggplant, Spinach and Black Garlic Relish.

 

The base is made with tofu, vegan cheese, chickpea flour, sauteed red onion, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, tumeric and black salt.

 

The Eggman is undercover as a high society gentleman who has a taste for the finer things in life. You might catch a glimpse of him in the city between his stock brokerage and the casino.

 

The Purple Broccodile

 

Purple Sprouting Broccoli, Yellow Tomatoes and Spicy Garlic Relish.

 

The base is made with tofu, vegan cheese, chickpea flour, sauteed red onion, sauteed chestnut mushroom, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, tumeric and black salt.

 

The Purple Broccodile has been spotted  rollerskating around the park. She likes disco music, has a care free attitude and loves to party.  

Captain Finley McGill

 

Seaweed and Samphire with Blue Tomatoes.

 

The base is made with tofu, vegan cheese, chickpea flour, sauteed red onion, sauteed chestnut mushroom, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, tumeric and black salt.

 

Captain Finley McGill spends his time in Cornwall tending to his underwater garden. You may spot him sailing along the coastline on his boat. He is partial to a splash of piracy in the off-season.
